Description
The 6V 12Ah rechargeable lead-acid battery with 4.8mm Faston terminal MKC model 491460203 is a sealed VRLA AGM accumulator (Valve Regulated Lead Acid with gas recombination technology). Thanks to its ability to recombine 99% of the internal gases, this battery is suitable for both standby and cyclic use, ensuring high performance and reliability in professional and industrial applications. The sealed design and AGM technology allow installation in enclosed environments or inside electronic equipment without the need for maintenance or topping up.
This accumulator is suitable for a wide range of uses, including emergency lighting systems, signage, security and alarm systems, industrial process continuity, UPS applications, light traction, and energy storage systems for renewable sources. It is essential to use a constant voltage charging system that complies with the specifications indicated on the battery to preserve its lifespan and performance; incorrect voltages can cause rapid deterioration. Furthermore, the battery must never be left discharged after use, and the voltage during discharge must not fall below 5.2 V for the 6V model.
Handling must be done with care, as the battery contains acid. It is intended exclusively for use in industrial environments and professional applications, in accordance with EU Regulation 2023/1542.
