The PEX2S952LP low-profile/half-height PCI Express serial card converts one PCI Express slot into two RS-232 serial connections (DB9).
The card features a native single-chip design that utilises all the capabilities offered by PCI Express (PCIe) while reducing CPU load by up to 48% compared to conventional bridge-chip serial cards. The PCI Express RS-232 serial card is compatible with a wide range of operating systems, including Windows 7/Server 2008 R2/Vista/XP/2000, Linux Kernel 2.6.11 and later versions.
The PCI Express RS232 serial adapter card supports a broad range of operating systems, including Windows 7/Server 2008 R2/Vista/XP/2000 and Linux Kernel versions from 2.6.11 to 4.11.x. The card comes pre-configured with a low-profile bracket, but also includes a full-profile bracket, allowing you to add two serial ports to any computer (regardless of the case form factor).
