Skyworks and Melchioni Electronics Announce Strategic Agreement to Enhance Distribution of Electronic Components

[Milan, 01/10/2023] - Melchioni spa and Skyworks Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWKS), are pleased to announce the extension of the distribution agreement that has seen them involved for years in the timing and isolation sector to include products in the RF area.

The agreement therefore consolidates the relationship between two leading players in their respective sectors: Skyworks, which is riding the wireless connectivity revolution on the wave of the slogan "Connecting Everyone and Everything, All the Time", and Melchioni, which for years has been a leading player in the Italian market for the distribution of electronic components, and has recently broadened its horizons by proposing itself as a distributor on a European basis.
Technological leadership on the one hand and territorial presence on the other will therefore enable the company to tackle new markets in search of emerging applications.

With the enlargement of its product range to include Skyworks RF products, Melchioni Electronics will bring its customers the following product families: Front-End Modules, Power Amplifiers, Antenna Switches, Low Noise Amplifiers, Antenna Diodes, Cellular Modules.
